Return & Refund Policy**

At Aunty Pooey’s Sweet Tooth, we take pride in providing fresh, homemade desserts baked with love. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are considered final. However, we always want our customers to be satisfied.

• We do not accept returns on any food items due to health and safety standards.
   
• Refunds may be issued only in cases where the order arrives, incorrect, or does not meet the quality standards OF Aunty Pooey’s Sweet Tooth.
   
• Any refund requests must be submitted (within 24 hours) of receiving your order.
   

Please email us at auntypooeyssweettooth@gmail.com with the following:

• Your name and order number
   
• A brief description of the issue
   
• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
   

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
   
• After 2 hours, ingredients and preparation may begin, and cancellations are no longer eligible for refund.
